Cotnam Townsend (ca 1825–1874) was a Victorian photographer who operated a studio on High Street in Doncaster, England, in the mid-19th century. The name is found on cartes de visite, which were small photographic portraits produced from the 1850s to the 1880s. Active around the 1860s, indicated by the style of the carte de visite portraits attributed to this name.
