Vintage Stanley No 73 Mortise Gauge (SANT-020)

Material: wood and brass
Teething ring: yellow plastic
Age: approx 1920s/1930s
Size: 160mm
Marking: Stanley S.W. (inside a heart shape) No 73, made in USA
Condition: left in original condition. The gauge was repaired some time ago. It had fallen apart and was reassembled using two brass screws, which have aged, indicating that the repair was carried out long ago. It is still in usable condition.
