Henry Montague Cooper: (born 17 December 1864, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire) was an early British commercial photographer who became one of Somerset’s most prominent photographic figures in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. He is frequently credited as one of the county’s first full-time professional photographers and a pioneer in postcard publishing in the region.
