Willow Bank Heritage Village Open Days are your chance to explore a living museum in Wakefield, near Nelson, featuring over 20 interactive heritage buildings and themed experiences. Visitors can step back in time through historic shopfronts, hands-on displays, and traditional demonstrations that bring early New Zealand life to life.

Located just outside Nelson in the Tasman region, Willow Bank Heritage Village is an immersive attraction where history is experienced rather than simply observed. Each Open Day offers something different, with volunteers and displays helping recreate everyday life from the past.
