POTATO A LA RUSSE (Metric Version)

  • Cut some raw potatoes (about 500 grams) into dice after washing and peeling.

  • Fry them in 2-3 tablespoons (30-45 ml) of olive oil.

  • Add 250 grams of finely minced mushrooms (half the quantity of potatoes).

  • Fry together until cooked.
