CINNAMON BUNS (Metric Version)

85 grams of butter or lard

225 grams of flour
-
85 grams of sugar
-
A pinch of salt
-
2 eggs
-
150 ml of milk (a gill is approximately 142 ml, rounded to 150 ml for convenience)
Instructions:

Rub the butter or lard into the flour, sugar, and a pinch of salt.

Beat the eggs and mix with the milk.

Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients.

Knead everything thoroughly.

Roll out the dough and cut into large rounds.

Bake at approximately 200°C (based on typical bun baking temperatures) until golden.

Immediately after baking, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
