Make Rice Paste:
-
Rice Flour: Boil with water to create a thin paste.

-
For non-animal-based binding, cook 1 cup flour with 2 cups water to a paste.
-
Otherwise, dissolve hide glue in warm water.
-
-
Combine:
Mix lime, salt, rice paste, whiting, and glue/flour paste thoroughly. -
Rest & Stir:
Cover and let sit for 2-3 days, stirring occasionally. Warm slightly before applying.
