Potato Fritters (Metric)

  • 3 mealy potatoes (approx. 500–600 g total), sieved

  • 30 ml cream

  • 1 well-beaten egg

  • 15 g flour (about 1 tablespoon)

  • Pinch of salt

  • 5 ml ground cinnamon (about 1 teaspoon)

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients.

  2. Fry spoonfuls of the mixture in deep fat until golden.

  3. Serve with a mix of sugar and powdered cinnamon.
