Potato Fritters (Metric)
- 
3 mealy potatoes (approx. 500–600 g total), sieved 
- 
30 ml cream 
- 
1 well-beaten egg 
- 
15 g flour (about 1 tablespoon) 
- 
Pinch of salt 
- 
5 ml ground cinnamon (about 1 teaspoon) 
Instructions:
- 
Combine all ingredients. 
- 
Fry spoonfuls of the mixture in deep fat until golden. 
-
