Chocolate Macaroons recipe converted to metric:

  • 2 egg whites

  • 60 g grated chocolate

  • 120 g powdered sugar

  • 30 g flour

Instructions:
  1. Beat the egg whites until stiff.

  2. Gently stir in the chocolate, powdered sugar, and flour (previously sifted together).

  3. Drop by teaspoonful onto buttered pans or paper.

  4. Bake at about 150°C (cool oven) for 20 minutes.

  5. Sift powdered sugar on the macaroons while warm, then cool before using.
