Baked Mince (metric measurements):
Ingredients:

55g brown bread crumbs

450g cold meat
-
35g white crumbs
-
285ml gravy
-
28g butter
-
28g flour
-
Seasoning (to taste)
Instructions:

Mince the meat using a mincer or food processor and season to taste.

Mix the white breadcrumbs with the minced meat.

In a saucepan, melt the butter, stir in the flour, and then add the gravy. Stir continuously until it boils.

Pour the gravy mixture over the seasoned meat.

Butter a baking dish and sprinkle the bottom with the brown breadcrumbs.

Add the meat mixture to the dish and top with the remaining brown breadcrumbs.

Bake at around 180°C for 45 minutes.

Serve with mashed potatoes.
