Easily-Made Pie Pastry (Metric)

  • 120 grams sifted flour

  • 15 grams (1 heaping tablespoon) lard

  • 5 grams (about 1 teaspoon) salt

  • Just enough cold water to bring the dough together

Instructions:
Rub the lard thoroughly into the flour and salt. Add as little water as possible to make the pastry stick together. Roll out. This makes enough for a one-layer pie.
