A Nice Sweet (Rice Dessert)

1. Cook 200 grams of rice (approximately 1 cup) in a covered dish to keep it white.

2. When soft, add:

   • 240 ml of cream (1 cup)

   • A pinch of salt

   • The beaten whites of 2 eggs

   • 200 grams of sugar (1 cup)

3. Flavor with vanilla when cool.

4. Put in a glass dish and decorate with jelly.

5. Serve with cream and sugar.
