There’s nothing quite like apple season here at the village… the smell of fresh apples, the sound of the press, and the joy of turning simple fruit into delicious, freshly pressed juice the old-fashioned way.

Willow Bank Heritage Village is an affordable, fun, and interactive living museum just 1km south of Wakefield.
With over 20 themed shopfront displays, tasty food and drink, and plenty of hands-on experiences, it’s a place to dress up, embrace the fun, and immerse yourself in the charm of days gone by.
Run by a passionate team and supported by amazing volunteers (on our busy open days), Willow Bank is always growing and evolving – there’s something new to discover every time you visit.
